The Skills4Sea project is pleased to announce that its surveys are now officially open.
As part of our work to strengthen non-technical skills in the maritime sector, we are inviting maritime professionals and educators to share their insights and experiences. The collected input will directly support the development of a structured framework for identifying, training, and recognising key competencies such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and decision-making.
Your contribution will help:
Improve maritime training programmes
Support more practice-oriented learning approaches
Align training with real operational needs
We invite you to participate by selecting the survey that matches your profile:

· Turkey
· Bulgaria

We strongly encourage all stakeholders in the maritime sector to take part and contribute to shaping the future of maritime skills.
